Every plan follows the three billing rules: upload-only metering, unlimited free downloads, real-time dashboard. GB means 10⁹ bytes.

What counts as billable upload
Only object bytes that completed upload and were confirmed in the completion manifest. That's it. Specifically never billed:
- Bytes from failed or interrupted sessions
- Retransmitted parts (retry the same 300 GB upload for a week: one charge)
- Any delivery of the same upload to additional recipients — one upload, one charge
- Downloads, in any number, forever
What's included on every plan
- No speed throttling on any plan — actual throughput depends only on network conditions
- No file size limit; chunked, resumable browser uploads
- Zero-registration download pages for recipients
- SHA-256 delivery receipts
- Malware scanning on every upload
- Retention configurable 1–30 days (default 7; 30 is the hard maximum)
- API access and webhooks
Taxes, invoices & refunds
- Prices exclude applicable taxes; VAT for EU customers is displayed where required by law and handled by our Merchant of Record.
- Payment receipts come from our Merchant of Record; company invoices with your VAT number are generated in-dashboard.
- 7-day good-faith refund window for subscriptions with minimal usage; billing errors are always refunded.
